Dear HomeCare Readers,
Welcome to the brand new digital HomeCare! This has been an exciting project for our team that we've been working toward for many months: first redesigning the edition of the print magazine and then upgrading our digital delivery platform to ensure that you, the readers, have a great interactive experience. We’re excited to share it with you!
Our driving goal behind all the changes is to make it easier for you, the reader, to access our content. When we conducted a reader survey last year, a number of you told us you loved the print issue of HomeCare—and many said they favored the convenience of our digital edition. Now every issue of HomeCare will be available in this always-with-you format. Don’t worry—you’ll still find industry news, government affairs, the latest from our columnists and other experts, and product updates.
As for this issue, we’re focusing on how the pandemic remodeling boom—and a new generation of providers—is changing the home modification market. Our cover series starts here. We also have tips from our columnists on how to make sure you're on top of documentation for Medicare Advantage and how to prep to sell your business in this year's predicted rush of acquisition activity. There are stories focused on working with the disability community, educating incontinence product users and rotating your retail stock. And we’ve got a lot more great information inside.
One more note: If you’re at Medtrade, come say hello at Booth No. 733.
As always, thanks for reading!
