SCREW PLUGS
HN 8-WD screw plugs from Heinrichs USA LLC are used in mobile hydraulics, drive technology and gear manufacturing. They feature a specially developed geometry of the sealing ring chamber, and the molded sealing ring is securely fixed, while the screw remains reusable and completely leak-proof. A particular advantage of the HN 8-WD is the optimization for automated assemblies. Not only are the quality and correct installation of the sealing ring checked, but also the clearance of the sealing ring chamber and the internal 6kt, allowing for smooth installation and maximum efficiency.

DISPLAYS/CONTROLLERS
The OM 403UNI Series of displays/controllers from Bristol Instruments enables users to monitor two or three signal/control functions at once. They are easily configured using a setup wizard or configurator software. The main display is either six digits or four digits plus units. Accuracy is to ±0.05% of f.s. range. The OM 402UNI can be set to be a numeric display, numeric and bar graph display, controller with relay and/or signal outputs, data recorder and accumulator by enabling a secondary display on the device. It also detects error conditions such as a broken input signal wire or sensor and alerts the user. Min, max, raw input, output, cumulative sum value, relay set point and more can be displayed using the secondary display.

POCKET PHOTOMETER
HF scientific’s MCX Pocket Photometer is a handheld instrument designed to provide accurate measurement of monochloramine and ammonia. Its compact size and simple interface make it ideal for operators who need dependable water quality data without the complexity of larger instrumentation. The MCX Pocket Photometer provides precise measurement of monochloramine, free ammonia and total ammonia using EPA-recognized Indophenol colorimetric methods paired with microprocessor-controlled optics for repeatable results. The photometer’s IP67-rated enclosure protects against water, dust and harsh conditions, making it well suited for use in wet vaults, pump galleries and other demanding locations. It supports a wide range of applications, including drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater and water reuse, food and beverage process water, research labs and more.

STEAM BOILER
Miura America’s LX 300 steam boiler is a high-capacity steam solution designed to help industrial facilities meet demanding production requirements while improving overall efficiency, flexibility and environmental performance. The LX 300 provides 250-300 BHP and steam output from 8,630 to 10,350 pounds per hour, giving plants the capacity needed to support critical steam applications across a wide range of operations. The unit is available in standard-pressure configurations from 70 to 150 psi and high-pressure configurations from 170 to 270 psi, enabling facilities to align boiler performance with specific process demands and maintain a consistent platform across varying operating requirements.

MAGNETIC FLOW METER LINERS
Emerson’s PEX liners for its Rosemount 8750W Magnetic Flow Meter are formulated without PFAS to help end users respond to increasing regulatory, environmental and public scrutiny while also maintaining liner performance. The PEX liners’ crosslinked molecular structure delivers high abrasion resistance, making them suitable for wastewater, slurries and other applications with entrained solids where liner wear can reduce product life. PEX liners are currently available for line sizes up to 8 inches, with liners for larger line sizes under development.

MODULAR REMOTE I/O PLATFORM
Dinkle International’s iO-GRID X series is a modular and adaptable platform for original equipment manufacturers and factory automation integrators to incorporate digitalization into machines and systems. Remote input/output (I/O) solutions reduce wiring labor, minimize control panel space requirements, lower material costs and offer improved control system scalability. The iO-GRID X fieldbus coupler modules support major industrial Ethernet communications protocols at up to 100 Mbps, including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP and CC-Link IE Field Basic. Each interface module includes two RJ45 interface plugs and an integrated two-port Ethernet switch for convenient station expansion using daisy-chain cabling. LED indicators provide clear operational status information, and the module accepts firmware upgrades using a standard USB Type C connection.

THREAD SEALING TAPE
Poly-U Thread Tape from Fluoramics is designed for demanding plumbing, industrial and mechanical applications where reliable thread sealing is critical. Made from polyurethane rather than PTFE, Poly-U was developed as a PFAS-free alternative to traditional thread seal tape. Poly-U was engineered to perform in challenging environments, including applications involving harsh chemicals and oxygen service. The tape has been tested for oxygen service applications at both 1,500 psi and 6,000 psi under ASTM G72 standards, demonstrating its ability to perform in demanding conditions.

AUTO KITTING STATION
The Auto Kitting Station from Fuji Corporation automates the tape reel loading process (kitting process) for feeders used to supply electronic components to machines. The Auto Kitting Station integrates with Fuji’s NXTR A model placement machines, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated warehouses from various manufacturers. This seamlessly connects the entire flow from storage to supply of electronic components in surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing sites, contributing to the unmanned operation of production preparation areas.

MAGNETIC BEARING CONTROLLER PLATFORM
SpinDrive’s Magma X100 controller is a magnetic bearing controller platform designed for lower-power, ultra-high-speed applications up to 150 kW. The Magma X100 expands access to magnetic bearing technology by delivering the performance and reliability benefits of active magnetic bearings (AMBs) at a cost level comparable to conventional high-speed bearing solutions. AMBs levitate rotating components without physical contact, which eliminates friction-related wear, removes the need for lubricants, enables continuous condition monitoring and supports higher rotational speeds. This saves energy and reduces operating and maintenance costs.

CONNECTORS
Atkore’s stainless steel hygienic straight and 90-degree connectors are designed to create secure, liquid-tight connections between hygienic flex conduit and metal enclosures in sanitary environments such as food and beverage or pharmaceutical facilities. Built from Type 316 stainless steel and equipped with FDA-grade sealing components, they support strict hygiene requirements in washdown and food-contact areas. Engineered for durability and ease of installation, these connectors provide high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and oil resistance.

HOSE CAP ASSEMBLY
Aalberts integrated piping systems’ Apollo 76F HCA is a stainless steel hose cap assembly designed to deliver reliable performance, lower maintenance costs and greater protection in demanding fluid-handling environments. HAZARDOUS LOCATION COOLING SYSTEMS
EXAIR’s Dual Hazardous Location Cabinet Cooler Systems provide a maintenance-free solution for protecting large electrical enclosures in hazardous environments. Designed for classified areas, including Class I Div 1, Groups A, B, C and D; Class II Div 1, Groups E, F and G; and Class III, these high-capacity cooling systems prevent overheating of sensitive electronics while eliminating the need for costly air conditioners or vortex fans.
