PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMP
The NEMO full service-in-place (FSIP) progressing cavity pump from NETZSCH is designed for applications that demand continuous, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance or metering. Its design allows for easy access to all rotating parts, enabling quick service without having to remove the pump or disconnect the piping or electrical for servicing. It is ideal for handling viscous, shear-sensitive, solids-laden liquids, as well as abrasive media in a wide range of wastewater applications.

WASTEWATER DECANTERS
FLOTTWEG’s FW400 decanter is engineered to deliver higher separation performance, greater process flexibility and simplified operation for wastewater treatment facilities. The FW400 combines increased bowl speed, optimized geometry and greater torque capabilities to achieve higher throughput while maintaining separation efficiency. A super deep pond design enhances clarification while reducing overall energy consumption, allowing facilities to process more sludge with greater efficiency. Features including an enhanced housing seal, foldable belt guard for easier service access, low-noise operation and optimized cleaning concept help wastewater facilities improve reliability while reducing maintenance time.

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH
RUSSELECTRIC’s RTSMV 5/15 kV automatic transfer switch (ATS) is built for medium-voltage power transfer in mission-critical settings. It supports voltage classes of 5 kV and 15 kV with continuous current ratings of 1,200 A and 2,000 A respectively, and short-circuit withstand ratings up to 50 kA depending on configuration. The system operates under a programmable microprocessor control system, enabling high-speed switching from primary to backup sources under open- or closed-transition modes. It includes an adjustable center-off time delay (factory preset at 3 seconds) to minimize voltage transients during transfer.

PIG DETECTION
The Hi-T Pigalert from CELEROS FLOW TECHNOLOGY provides an intrusive pig detection for scraper and sphere signaling applications, offering visual and electrical indication of pig passage in demanding operating environments. The Hi-T Pigalert is made in three pressure classifications up to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Class 600, and for ANSI Class 900 and 1500. Standard models are designed for use at temperatures from -20 C to +200 C, dependent upon the line products and pressure. Alternative elastomer seals can be provided for operating temperatures outside this range.

POLYMER PREPARATION & DOSING SYSTEM
CENTRISYS/CNP’s PPS polymer preparation system is an automated polymer preparation and dosing system designed to deliver consistent polymer activation before it reaches the sludge. The PPS polymer prep system controls the conditions that influence polymer dispersion, maturation and solution consistency. Key features include controlled polymer and water metering, high-energy initial dispersion, low-shear maturation, conductivity-based readiness monitoring and comprehensive process visibility. Instrumentation monitors polymer and water flow, pressure, temperature, tank level, valve position, compressed-air supply and leakage, with remote access and diagnostics available.

SEPTAGE RECEIVING SCREEN
The SmartWave septage receiving screen from DUPERON CORPORATION is designed to receive and screen septage, separating liquids from solids while continuously conveying captured debris to discharge. Septage flows onto the screening surface, where controlled screening motion creates a wave-like action that promotes liquid/solids separation and keeps captured material moving. Dual SmartWave rotary electric motors provide the controlled motion required for consistent screening performance.
