ANF, a full-service construction and development firm, promoted Christine Graeff to vice president of project development, expanding her leadership role as the company continues to strengthen the way projects are planned, developed and delivered across South Florida. In her new role, Graeff will guide the early life cycle of ANF’s projects, creating stronger alignment among operations, business development, preconstruction, planning and scheduling. Drawing on her experience in project management, operations, finance and business systems, she will help formalize a more strategic approach to project development. She has spent the past 15 years advancing through a range of leadership roles at ANF. She joined as a project engineer, working primarily on education and healthcare projects. Giuliano Parodi has been appointed as TVH’s new CEO, effective Sept. 1. With nearly 25 years of experience in the industrial equipment and automotive sectors, Parodi will lead TVH into its next chapter of global growth. Parodi joins TVH from Yanmar, a manufacturer of industrial equipment, where he most recently served as group chief strategy officer and member of the board of directors. In this role, he played a key part in shaping the group’s strategic direction and overseeing its regional operations outside Japan. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Bobcat Company (Doosan Group) and Fiat Group. Tarlton, St. Louis’ largest women-owned general contracting and construction management firm, has promoted Andrew Nelch, LEED AP, to vice president. Nelch most recently served as project director. He began his career as a project engineer at Tarlton in 2006 and subsequently moved through the operational ranks to serve as senior project engineer, project manager and senior project manager. Nelch has worked on a number of significant projects at Tarlton, including the Center for Nursing and Health Sciences at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park, renovations to Bryan Hall and Simon Hall on the Washington University campus, and the Tower Tee recreation complex revitalization.
