Andrew Neilson
Weir Group GLASGOW, Scotland – The Weir Group announced that Jon Stanton will step down as CEO on Aug. 1. He will be succeeded by Andrew Neilson, who will be elected to the board of directors and will become CEO designate before assuming full responsibilities as CEO on Aug. 1. Neilson joined Weir in 2010 and is currently president of Minerals Division, the company’s largest division. Prior to this, he served as president of ESCO Division and led the successful integration of ESCO into Weir.

Mark Klossner
Regal rexnord MILWAUKEE – Regal Rexnord Corporation announced the appointment of Mark Klossner as executive vice president and president of Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS). He succeeds Jerry Morton, who will retire after 11 years with Regal Rexnord and a distinguished 39-year career in the power transmission business, which joined the company’s portfolio when it was acquired from Emerson in 2015.

Mike Daricilar
CIRCOR International, Inc. WARREN, Mass. – Circor International, Inc. appointed Mike Daricilar vice president of operations for Warren. Daricilar will lead operations strategy and execution with a focus on strengthening performance, advancing continuous improvement and reinforcing an ownership mindset across the site. “Warren has a strong team and a clear opportunity ahead. My focus is on strengthening execution, improving flow and reinforcing an ownership mindset that drives performance—every day, on the shop floor and across the operation,” said Daricilar.

Buddy Doll
Infinitum AUSTIN – Infinitum announced the appointment of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry veteran Buddy Doll to its board of directors, strengthening the board’s industry experience as the company scales. Doll brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience driving growth across the commercial and industrial HVAC sector. He most recently served as CEO of the North American division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group. Previously, he held executive roles at Nortek Air Solutions and Johnson Controls leading global sales, operations and strategy

Zulehner brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience to the position and has a proven track record of operational excellence that will benefit Voith’s customers and employees

Farhan Shaikh
Carollo Engineers WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – Carollo Engineers announced that Farhan Shaikh has joined as vice president and senior strategic advisor for digital transformation and solutions.
