New Hires & Promotions

Ashish Mittal

ASI

ASI has named Ashish Mittal as CEO. With extensive experience scaling technology-driven companies and leading marketplace networks, Mittal is set to lead ASI into its next phase of innovation and growth, company executives said. Mittal succeeds ASI President and CEO

Tim Andrews, who retired from the company after 23 years. As Mittal assumes operational leadership of ASI, the Cohn family continues its longtime stewardship of the business. Third-generation siblings Matthew Cohn and Stephanie Cohn Schaeffer now serve as co-chairs of the ASI board, while longtime Chairman Norman Cohn transitions to the role of chairman emeritus.

Steve Cavin

Fellers

Fellers appointed Steve Cavin as the new chief executive officer. In this role, Cavin will lead the company’s overall strategic direction and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to joining Fellers, Cavin served as chief commercial officer at Shorr Packaging Corporation, where he was responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy, market expansion initiatives, and revenue growth.

Allen Dunn

Fluid Color

Fluid Color announced that industry leader Allen Dunn has been appointed president. Dunn is said to bring a powerhouse background in enterprise sales, new business development, and cross-functional leadership, supported by deep expertise in product management, product strategy, and international business. As president, Dunn will oversee company-wide strategy, sales acceleration, product direction, and operational alignment.

Adam Weber

General Formulations

General Formulations added Adam Weber to its growing sales team. As regional sales manager covering the Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama sales territories, Weber brings more than a decade of industry experience and a strong technical background that will support GF’s continued expansion and customer engagement throughout the Southeast. Weber also brings direct familiarity with GF products, having run several materials on wide-format platforms, including Roland and Mimaki printers, during his time in production management.

Chris O’Connor

L2 Brands

With more than 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry, Chris O’Connor is the newly appointed vice president of business development for L2 Brands. O’Connor will work closely with President Marc Held and Chief Merchandising Officer Lisa Norris. In his new role, he will play a key part in driving continued growth and expanding the company’s footprint within the promotional products industry. Most recently, O’Connor served as vice president of sales at NC Custom for nine years before joining L2 Brands.

Ameed Mallick

HALO

HALO Branded Solutions has announced the appointment of Ameed Mallick as executive vice president, seller platform. Mallick brings experience building and scaling marketplace platforms, including leadership roles at Instacart and Angi, where he worked connecting customers, sellers, and partners through technology and data. At HALO, Mallick will lead the development of the company’s seller platform, a key priority focused on reducing friction and enabling growth.

Erin DeCesare

HALO Branded Solutions has announced the appointment of Erin DeCesare as chief product & technology officer. DeCesare brings experience leading product and technology organizations through periods of scale and transformation. Most recently, she helped evolve the marketplace platform at ezCater and previously held leadership roles at Vistaprint. At HALO, DeCesare leads the company’s product and technology strategy, including platform modernization and the development of tools that support sellers, clients, and partners.

Michael Snyder

HALO

HALO Branded Solutions has announced the appointment of Michael Snyder as vice president of uniforms. Snyder brings more than three decades of leadership experience in apparel and uniforms, with expertise across product design, sourcing, go-to-market strategy, sales, and category expansion. Snyder will lead the next phase of growth for HALO’s uniforms category, tasked with deepening enterprise relationships, driving recurring revenue, and expanding brand presence across locations and geographies.

Keith Hughes

Vantage Apparel

Vantage Apparel welcomed Keith Hughes as Northeast outside sales account manager, where he will oversee the New England region, including western New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Hughes brings more than 20 years of sales experience in the apparel industry. Most recently, he was with Cotton Heritage, and prior to that spent more than seven years covering the Northeast with Cutter & Buck and Ahead LLC.

Giving back

Rush Order Tees announced continued support for the Pennsylvania SPCA with funding directed specifically toward the organization’s Humane Education initiatives that serve youth across Philadelphia.
