Epson SureColor V4000

Epson has expanded its SureColor V-Series UV flatbed printer line with the new SureColor V4000, designed to bring the power of UV printing to direct-to-object production and a wide range of substrates. With a large print area, expanded color gamut, and Braille printing capability, the printer is engineered to expand the possibilities of high-quality output for signage, photo and fine art, and promotional items such as keychains, golf balls, and pens. The SureColor V4000 touts three PrecisionCore Micro TFP printheads, with a print area of 27.5" X 38.5", it includes touchless automatic laser height detection, supporting media up to 7.8" thick. It leverages a 10-color UltraChrome UV ink set – including red and gray for an expansive color gamut, opaque White and eye-catching Gloss/Matte Varnish. The printer is ideal for sign shops, custom gift merchandising companies, and print service providers. The SureColor V4000 will be available this summer for $53,995 (MSRP) through select Epson Professional Imaging resellers.

Monadnock Paper Mills Ultrahide

Monadnock Paper Mills offers Ultrahide PC 100 Blockout Poster as a paper-based, recyclable alternative designed specifically for in-store signage, window graphics, and retail promotional displays. Engineered to replace PVC vinyl and other synthetic substrates commonly used in retail signage, Ultrahide is made from 100% post-consumer recycled fiber, is FSC-certified, processed chlorine-free, and California Proposition 65 compliant and compatible with mixed paper recycling streams, depending on inks, coatings, laminations, and local recycling guidelines. The substrate was developed to give retailers a more responsible material choice while maintaining the print quality and durability required for high visibility in-store campaigns. Ultrahide is available in rolls measuring up to 96.5" wide by 500' long, making it the only paper-based, non-PVC blockout poster substrate available at this width.

Roland DG TrueVis VG4 Series with TR3 Inks

Available in 54" (VG4-540) and 64" (VG4-640) models, the TrueVis VG4 Series is engineered to combine class-leading image quality with advanced automation, intuitive operation, and lower running costs. Coinciding with the VG4 launch, Roland DG is also expanding TR3 eco-solvent ink availability across the TrueVis range, further strengthening color expression and accuracy for premium sign applications. The TrueVis VG4 Series is designed to deliver refined image quality through high-precision ink droplet control and advanced color processing, producing sharper detail, smoother gradients, and accurate, repeatable color reproduction. With the launch, Red and Light Black TR3 inks are now available for both the TrueVis VG4 Series and the TrueVis XG-640, extending color expression and enabling more precise brand color matching, richer mid-tones, and improved neutral greys. Existing ink options, including Orange, Green, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and White, continue to support vibrant, high-definition output across a wide range of applications.

Weld headwear styles

Weld Mfg., known for its alternative-inspired headwear and apparel, has launched five blank styles blending retro design with an indie, offbeat aesthetic. Weld blanks are crafted from high quality fabrics in a variety of colorways and designs, including the brands signature hat, the Field Trip. The CBF Checkerboard Field Trip is a soft, vintage-inspired five-panel hat featuring a checkerboard pattern and adjustable brass closure, and available in four colors. FTB 6-Panel Brushed Cotton Field Trip is the original hat that kickstarted the brand, crafted from ultrasoft cotton twill with a workwear style and a premium brass closure is available in seven colors. Others in the line include the FTC Corduroy Field Trip, TS 5-Panel Brushed Cotton Field Trip, and TIS Two Tone Workhorse.

Mimaki UJV200-160/ 130 UV-LED printer

Mimaki’s UJV200 features a single high-density, high-resolution print head based on the same 330 Engine used in its flagship printers. The printer is engineered to deliver precise ink control and smooth portrait images with minimal graininess and uniform solid colors with no streaking. To improve usability, Mimaki enhanced the automatic image quality adjustment function. According to the manufacturer, both the time required for adjustment and the amount of media used for pattern printing have been reduced to less than half that of previous models. In addition, automatic adjustment can be performed regardless of media color, including colored and transparent media. The UJV200 is available in two sizes: 63.5" and 54.5".
